We will reveal several ways you can use the internet to start and grow a business. Whether you are in the tech field, you are capable of selling digital info products, proprietary products that you designed, or even market yourself as an expert in your field.

About our speaker:

Bruce Inouye has been successfully self employed since 1993. He started P2 Events, which is a special event production and marketing company for large corporations and since branched out to event marketing. He has produced corporate meetings, trade shows, multistate seminars, awards banquets, and booked and produced national and international entertainment for casinos and large corporations. Some of his valued clients he has served is: Bank One, USAA Insurance, Wells Fargo, Gila River Casinos, Arizona Federal, General Motors, and Luke Air Force Base just to name a few.

He started blogging in 2006 and has never looked back. Blogging became a passion for Bruce and has since managed over 60 blogs for others and started 4 for himself. He has immersed himself into social media and now consults with small, medium and large businesses on the art of promoting their business via blogs to capture new customers as well as retaining their current customers.

Most notably he started BlogMarketingExperts.com since 2008. Clients come to him for boosting business and to better present themselves online. As of late, he has been coaching his clients in search engine optimization, email marketing, video marketing, and how to use social media to their advantage.

Early in 2011, Bruce started up Crush 5 Media in answer to more online marketing needs that his customers are currently demanding such as reputation management, text messaging and smart phone apps.

Pitch Night

We are pleased to announce that in addition to our Speaker Series that once a quarter we will host a Pitch Night at our monthly meetup.  Pitch Night will help our aspiring entrepreneurs within the Engineers Unite community to demonstrate their products and receive feedback from other Engineers Unite members.

Each presenter is given 10 minutes to Pitch their product/business to the group and at the end of 3-4 pitches will be a Q&A period for the audience to ask questions and give feedback.

We are currently seeking additional presenters for our July 10th meetup.  Please contact Scott Yee, contact@engineersunite.org if you would like to participate.

We have also changed our meetup location.  The Scottsdale Microsoft Store has graciously allowed us to host our meetups at their Scottsdale Fashion Square location starting in July onwards
